5. Refund Policy

If you book a personalized consultation or related service through SeniorIns, you may request a refund or rescheduling by submitting a request via our contact form within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Alternatively, you may choose to transfer the service to another date at no extra fee. Certain premium services booked at a special rate are final and non-refundable due to the dedicated time and resources allocated upon booking.

5.2 Informational Products

For digital guides or educational materials, you may request a refund within 14 days of download. To do so, contact us via the contact form. Once the request is approved, access to the materials will be revoked, and the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

5.3 Physical Goods

Physical items sold on SeniorIns may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please use the contact form to receive return instructions. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping fees may not be refunded unless the return is due to a SeniorIns error.

7. Limitation of Liability
